Winter Wellness November Challenge


Hello hello! There is so much happening in November and winter's right around the corner. Lots of good times with festivities! And that means lots of people. Get yourself ready and prepared for staying well to enjoy it all!

Our November education will focus on Winter Wellness, and will start November 7th to November 30th! This will be product education on how to stay well, and then how to support our bodies then needing some extra love.

With winter right around the corner, it's so important that we get ourselves into fight mode. The holidays bring on a lot of parties and events with hugs, kisses, and handshakes, which in turn bring cooties. We want to support our body to help it perform at its best, so when those cooties try to snuggle, we can kick them to the curb. There are so many amazing oils and products available to help support your body and keep it happy and healthy.

Remember that what makes you feel icky when you're sick is actually your immune system doing its job and eliminating bugs and toxins from your body. It's not actually the "bugs" themselves that make you feel sick.

We get a fever to help us sweat out things through our skin, and our noses and eyes run to remove toxins through mucus membrane.

When you take OTC meds from the pharmacy, they make you feel better because they suppress your immune system's ability to detox... thus your symptoms feel reduced. Oils and supplements don't work that way; they help our bodies do what they are made to do - be well - rather than shut down our immune response.
