Here are some tips to counter dry and damage hair!

  1. SUPPLEMENTS! Work it from the inside out! Supplements are personal for every individual and their needs. Try Sulfurzyme for your hair. It contains MSM which is amazing for skin and hair. Young Living has two versions - the powder (which you can mix in with NingXia Red and has the additional benefit of a prebiotic) or the capsules. Other supplements include Multigreens, Super B Complex, Super D, Endogize, and Super C.
  2. COPAIBA VANILLA SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER! Dilute both shampoo and conditioner with a ratio of 1/3 bottle of product to the rest of water. This will moisturize your hair enough without weighing it down or making it greasy. Also, do not over wash your hair!
  3. MIRAH LUSTROUS HAIR OIL. After washing and conditioning your hair, add a few drops of Mirah Hair Oil to your hands and rub them together to heat it up. Then add to the ends of your hair for extra moisture and shine. Avoid your scalp as it will make it oily.
  4. DIY HOT OIL TREATMENT. You can use any of your favorite hair-loving essential oils but we recommend the DIY recipe below! 👇👇👇


DIY HOT OIL TREATMENT RECIPE:
  1. In a 4 oz bottle, add:
  2. Mix together and create a synergy for at least a few hours (but overnight is the best!).
  3. Then top off with your favorite carrier oil.
TO USE:
  1. Take this bottle and place it in a mug, cup, or bowl with warm water right from the tap.
  2. Let it sit for a few minutes to heat up a bit and then apply it to your hair.
  3. Let it sit and soak in as long as you can stand it.
  4. Then just shampoo and condition like normal.
