Here's a little about me: I love plants, cookbooks, hot springs, crystals, estate sales and essential oils! I'm a rainbow seeker, Big Dream catcher and love to help people AGE IN PLACE, live their bucket lists NOW, and spend more time in nature. I'm really good at helping others shift their relationships with money to attract positive energy and abundance! I'm a semi-retired geriatric physical therapist with 30+ years of practical experiences and I love helping people create a healthy wellness cabinet and a healthy bank account! It's all figure-out-able!

Here's my story:
I wasn't always happy, healthy and able to feel comfortable in my own skin. Maybe you feel that way now or know someone who lives in struggle mode. Let me tell you--there's a way out! "Change it or Choose it" comes to mind.
If you had told me 25 years ago, or even 10 years ago that I would be healthier and happier than I ever imagined, I would have laughed in your face. I was having lots of health issues (migraines, fertility issues, rashes, allergies, and memory/concentration struggles from going thru a windshield at 17 years of age!) and working long hard hours trying to be the "perfect" wife, mom, daughter, friend, employee, soccer mom, den leader, volunteer EVERRRRR...and suffering through it all even though it looked like I had the best life from the outside. It took my doctor sitting me down and demanding that I change my lifestyle or be ready to be sick/unhealthy and on tons of pills for the rest of my life. It took almost 3 years of ditching things that I had grown up using/buying to switching to products that gave my over taxed and over stressed body a break! All the advice I was giving my patients about making better choices and listening to your body to age well hit me right between the eyes. it was a wake up call! We worked through every room of the house including under the sinks! She helped me create a wellness cabinet full of natural options accessible at all times without harmful side effects. I came out of my fog. I took back control of my life and our health. I started seeing a clear path to early retirement and better relationships with myself, my family and friends, and even money!

My world revolves around having fun, eating delicious nutritious foods, meeting people, making new friends, recycling/repurposing, building community and connecting it all together! I'm a transplanted New Yorker/Californian empty nester with 2 grown sons and a bonus daughter and son (who are all amazing humans) and my 92 year old mom lives on her own in a great vibrant retirement community in Southern California. Currently, I'm up in the glorious Pacific Northwest living in an art gallery home, which has the best view of Mt Hood,with my partner who is an artist and sculptor. We met through his daughter! (and that's another story for another time). Oh, and we have 2 rescue cats and soon some rescue chickens and geese! It's never a dull moment here on our little farm. We also run the non profit Embrace QI, whose mission is to help you reconnect to your vitality. All the events, retreats, gatherings and classes we do here are intended to do just that. Last year, we hosted 70 events: sound baths, flamenco shows, house concerts, seed swaps, book clubs, Raku firing of animal masks, DIY perfume/room spray classes, won ton making, mending circles, solstice celebrations and more! We are currently installing a wind phone in the greenhouse. (more on that soon).
