Essential Oils Colors


Did you know that Young Living essential oil labels are colored for a reason? (with a few exceptions of course) but this has really helped me use my oils even more intentionally.

❤️ reds & darker reds/maroons - immunity and health
💗 light reds/pinks - for your skin and face
🧡 oranges/light yellows - cleansing and flushing
💚 greens - peaceful and calming
💙 blues - grounding and body
💜 purples - emotions and feelings

14-Day Reset


Fall is the perfect time time to tune up our bodies before winter, sugar, and germ season are upon us, right?

For those of you don't yet know, it's held starting the 2nd Monday of each month so we have 2 more left in 2024: November 11 and December 9!

2024-2025 Reset: We can focus on three foundational habits that can significantly boost your immune system. Let's dive in:
  • Clean Eating
    • Fact: Consuming a diet rich in fruits and vegetables provides essential vitamins and antioxidants that your body needs to fight off pathogens. For instance, Vitamin C, found abundantly in citrus fruits, is known for its immune-boosting properties and ability to enhance disease defense mechanisms.
  • Staying Hydrated
    • Fact: Drinking enough water is crucial for maintaining optimal immune function. Water helps produce lymph, which carries white blood cells and other immune system cells through the body, ensuring efficient response to infections.
  • Moving Your Body
    • Fact: Regular physical activity can help flush bacteria out of the lungs and airways, reducing your chance of getting a cold, flu, or other illnesses. Exercise causes changes in antibodies and white blood cells (WBC), which are the body's immune system cells that fight disease.
  • NingXia Red
    • Fact: Ningxia Red is a powerful antioxidant beverage that supports the immune system, and there are clinical studies to back it up! Packed with wolfberries, plum, aronia, cherry, blueberry, and pomegranate juices, NingXia Red delivers a potent dose of antioxidants that help reduce oxidative stress.
